Yes. byJELLY Wellness is a home-visit traditional Chinese medicine practice run by Jelly Khoo, a Registered TCM Practitioner (T&CM reg. no. TR0346314-P) who travels to patients across her serviced areas in the Klang Valley, Malaysia, bringing sterile single-use equipment with her.

Will Jelly refer me to a doctor if needed?
Yes. Traditional Chinese medicine treatments from byJELLY are not a substitute for medical care, and Jelly will refer you to a medical doctor when that is the appropriate next step.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book with byJELLY?
Yes. byJELLY holds a booked time slot with a RM20 deposit, paid by QR or bank transfer, and that RM20 is deducted from the price of the session rather than charged on top. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead moves the deposit to the new appointment; cancelling less than 24 hours before, or not being there when Jelly arrives, means the deposit is not returned and cannot be moved to a later booking. If Jelly is the one who has to cancel, the deposit is refunded in full.
